• When booking, a 25% booking fee of the rental charge is due, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  No smoking or pets are allowed in La Casa de Isabella Málaga.
• Security Deposit: A €200 security deposit is pre-authorized on your card at the time of reservation. This is a hold only (not a charge) and will be released after departure, provided no damages occur.
• A final cleaning and linen service fee of €55 per stay applies. This includes professional cleaning of the apartment as well as freshly laundered bed linen and towels for your comfort.
  Should you wish to arrange additional services such as extra cleaning during your stay, laundry or ironing services, these can be organized upon request and billed separately.
• Housekeeping & Laundry: For stays of 30 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 14 days is included. Additional housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee — simply let us know your preferences and schedule.
• During the period from November to March, the apartment can also be rented on a long-term basis.
• Prices are dynamic and depend on availability, number of guests, length of stay, and the requested dates. To receive a personalized quote, please share your preferred dates and number of guests, and I will get back to you with full pricing details.
  For long-term stays, discounted rates may be available. For the remainder of the year, our standard pricing applies as outlined below.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 18 years or older. Minors may not book the accommodation.
