2. Recipients / processors

Hosting provider: EU-based hosting provider acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Map provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin D04 E5W5, Ireland) and affiliated companies.

Note: If the map is activated, data may be processed in third countries (including the USA). Google applies appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR).

3. Retention

Server logs: typically 30 days, then deletion.
Contact/booking correspondence: retained for 2 years, then deletion, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Consent records (map): retained as proof of consent until withdrawal or the end of applicable limitation periods.

This site does not set non-essential cookies without your consent. The map is protected via click-to-load and is only loaded after you consent; you can withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
