Housekeeping & laundry
For stays of 30 nights or longer, we include a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 14 days. Additional cleaning and laundry services are happily arranged on request for an extra fee—just let us know your preferences and schedule.
If you have any special requests (extra towels, toddler items, late checkout, etc.), tell us before arrival and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Arrival & directions
You’ll receive all arrival details—access instructions, maps, and local tips—well before your check-in. The apartment is exceptionally well connected and easy to reach from Málaga Airport (AGP) as well as the main bus and train stations (María Zambrano). Whether you come by public transport, taxi/ride-hail, or rental car, getting here is straightforward. If you need any guidance en route, just message me and I’ll help right away.
What’s the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in from 15:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.
Check-In & Support
Check-in is flexible and, depending on time and availability, can be done either via smart lock or in person.
I’m available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 for any questions or assistance.
Is there parking?
Free street parking is available, plus an affordable public garage just a short walk away.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
House Rules
By booking, the guest agrees to the following:
Violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.
No parties or events
No smoking inside the apartment (smoking allowed on terrace only)
No pets
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Respect for neighbors and proper use of all facilities
Maximum occupancy: 2
Guest Registration (Spanish Legal Requirement)
As required by Orden INT/321/2021, all guests aged 14+ must complete a legal registration form before check-in. This will be sent a few days prior to arrival. Refusal to comply results in cancellation without refund.
Liability
The guest is responsible for any damages caused during the stay. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.
