• When booking you pay a booking fee of 25 % of the rental charge and 10 weeks before arriving the rest of the rental charge is paid. No smoking or pets are allowed in La Casa de Isabella Màlaga.
• During the period from November to March each year, it is possible to rent the appartement on a “long-term” basis for a minimum of 31 consecutive days. Prices are dynamic and depend on our occupancy rate, the number of guests, the length of the rental period, and the specific dates requested. To receive a price quote, please specify your preferences (e.g., exact dates), and I will get back to you with pricing details. For long-term rentals, there is a possibility of a discount on our standard weekly rates. For the rest of the year, our standard price list applies, as shown below.
• Security Deposit: A €200 security deposit is pre-authorized on your card when you reserve. This is a hold only (not a charge) and is released after your stay, provided there are no damages.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 18+. Minors cannot book the accommodation.
